Donations:

Checks can be made payable to A Pet For Life, Inc., and mailed to 28215 Log Cabin Road, Salisbury, MD 21801. A Pet For Life, Inc., is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

We are asking for a donation of one of the following levels:

RED is a donation of $25

This will provide a dog with heart-worm preventative, flea control, and food for one month; or will provide a cat with flea preventative, food and litter for one month.

ORANGE is a donation of $50

This will spay or neuter a cat.
